Gareth has been a Trustee since 1999 on behalf of the FIEC - he is now Chairman. He is originally from Cardiff and after studying at Bangor University he worked in the timber trade. He studied at Bible College in South Wales and then became a Youth Pastor at Pontefract Evangelical Congregational Church. He then moved to be lead pastor at Barton Evangelical Church and then Doncaster Evangelical Church. He recently retired from full-time Christian ministry in 2025. Gareth is married to Siân and they have 2 married children and 4 grandchildren all of whom live in Leicester.

Tirzah has been a Trustee since 2005. She studied theology at Bryntirion and subsequently trained to teach English as a foreign language at Swansea University. Tirzah worked as a full-time Children’s and Youth worker in Ipswich and currently works for United Beach Mission. Tirzah has authored several resources to use in church children’s and youth clubs.

Originally from Aberystwyth, Eleri has lived in North West London for 37 years as a pastor's wife to Gary at Childs Hill Baptist Church. A mother to 5 sons and 9 grandchildren, Eleri also works part-time at the London Welsh School and helps with the student wives at the London Seminary. She has been a Director of Go Teach since 2013.

Kevin spent over 20 years in finance and project management. He has since worked as a full time schools and youth worker before more recently fulfilling an operational and safeguarding role at the Evangelical Fellowship of Congregational Churches. He a governor at two locals schools and a member of the Swansea Standing Advisory Committee on Religious Education. He is married to Claire and has two grown up sons and two grandsons. He joined Go Teach as an Evangelical Movement of Wales representative in 2018.

Steve was born and raised in South London and is now a Pastor of a Baptist Church in Lewisham. Before he got into ministry, he spent seven years working as a teacher in inner city schools at both primary and secondary level. He has been involved in youth and children’s work for over 20 years. He is happily married with three children. He joined Go Teach in 2024.
