Please place your order through our on-line store and pay using your credit or debit card.

Order acceptance will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered; the completion of the contract between you & us will occur from the point of delivery - unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

UK delivery charges will be added to your order as follows:

up to £15 = £3.50
£15 - £35 = £5.50
£35 - £50 = £7.50
£50+ = £9.50

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is made online at point-of-sale.

If you wish to pay by invoice, you should place your order by telephone or via e-mail. We do not accept card payments over the phone.

International Shipping are £20 for unto 2kg. For heavier packages you will be contacted by our warehouse team to discuss the additional charges.

Goods are dispatched each weekday by our service partner Day One Publications Ltd. The parcels may carry Day One branding however the packing note will be from Go Teach. In the unlikely event that your goods have not arrived within 5 working days, please e-mail us.

Under EU consumer protection law, customers who purchase goods or services online have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This 14-day period is commonly known as the cooling-off period.

If you wish to exercise your EU right of withdrawal (within 14 days) or cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, please log in to your customer account and follow the instructions to cancel or return your order, or contact us. You should return the goods in the condition in which you received them, where reasonably possible.
