Where is my Download Code?

If you have purchased a Visual Aids book - printed or digital, you will receive an email with a link to download your resources.

If you have purchased a printed Visual Aids, you can also find the code to download your Activities & Resources on page 4 of the ‘How to Page’ of your printed Visual Aids book. You can then enter your code on the Downloads page.

 

Where is my VAT invoice?

You should find a link on your order confirmation email that will allow you to download your VAT invoice. Alternatively if you login with your email address, then you can see all your recent orders and you can download your VAT invoices.

 

Can I pay by invoice?

If you need to pay by invoice you can email us at sales@goteach.org.uk or by using our contact page, and we can add this option to your account. You will then be able to complete your order online and at the checkout you will be given the option to "pay by invoice". We have 7 day payment terms, unless you are a registered trade partner when the term is 30 days.

 

Can I photocopy your materials?

Please do not photocopy or reproduce our print materials. We ask that you purchase enough resources for each child in your class. As a charitable Christian ministry, we rely on purchases from all the churches that make use of our resources. This sustains our ministry of reaching young people with the gospel. Thank you for respecting our work and helping us to be here for future generations.
