Order online

The quickest way to complete your order is to pay on-line using your credit or debit card. We use STRIPE, a secure on-line payment portal, to handle all of our website transactions. To view their privacy policy, click here.

The contract

Order acceptance will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered; the completion of the contract between you & us will occur from the point of delivery - unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock;
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is made online at point-of-sale.
If you wish to pay by invoice, you should place your order by telephone or via e-mail.

Goods are dispatched regularly every week. During busy periods, there may be a short delay, but we will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as we can. In the unlikely event that your goods have not arrived within 5 working days, please e-mail us
and we will investigate the reason why.

Delivery charges will be added to your order as follows:

International Orders

International Shipping £20.00 - If your order weighs over 2kg you will be contacted by our warehouse team for extra delivery costs
