Order online
The quickest way to complete your order is to pay on-line using your Credit or Debit Card. We use STRIPE, a secure on-line payment portal, to handle all of our Website Transactions. To view their Privacy Policy, click here.
The contract
Order acceptance will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered; the completion of the contract between you & us will occur from the point of delivery - unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock;
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is made online at point-of-sale. If you wish to pay by invoice, you should place your order by telephone or via e-mail.

Goods are currently dispatched at 12 midday on Mondays & Thursdays (and other occasional days too) - subject to Stock Availability, periods of Annual Leave, Bank Holidays, and our Christmas Shutdown period. During busy periods, or any of the aforementioned scenarios, there may be a short delay, but we will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as we can. In the unlikely event that your goods have not arrived within 5 working days, please e-mail us and we will investigate the reason why.
Shipping costs
Delivery charges will be added to your order as follows:

| Europe (incl. ROI) | 50% of order value |

We dispatch via Royal Mail (usually 1st Class, but sometimes 2nd Class) and Courier (usually next-day). Unfortunately, we cannot advise as to how your Order will be dispatched because it depends on a number of different variables - what we can say though is that all Orders for 19 books or less are posted via Royal Mail. For any Orders of 20 books or more, a decision is made at the time as to what form of dispatch would be best for us, whilst ensuring that your expectations are met - we balance-out all variables accordingly in an even and sensible manner.
Please note that any issues that Couriers & Royal Mail may be having with Delivery Timescales are totally out of hands. Likewise, we cannot determine how your packages will be handled once they leave us, so, if your Order is received damaged, please get in-touch with us, and we'll do our best to resolve the matter for you promptly and to your liking.
